RAU, BHAI

RAU, BHAI, a Kamboj Sikh and masand or the collector assigned to Dipalpur, was among those of his class summoned by Guru Gobind Singh to Anandpur to answer charges of appropriating the devotees` offerings and of other misconduct. According to Bhai Santokh Singh, Sri Gur Pratap Suraj Granth, Bhai Rau was pronounced innocent, for the venerable Bhai Pheru had vouched for his uprightness and good behaviour.
